BrokenLore: DON’T LIE, a psychological horror adventure developed and published by Serafini Productions, debuted its latest trailer during the Indie Horror Showcase presented by DreadXP and The MIX. The new footage offers a haunting look into the distorted psyche of Junko, a young woman tormented by her past and trapped within the confines of her apartment.

Players step into Junko’s isolated world as she struggles to reconnect with two former rehab patients, Shinji and Hideo. What begins as the withdrawn life of a hikikomori quickly spirals into a chilling descent marked by hallucinations, shifting realities, and medication that bends perception itself.
DON’T LIE‘s gameplay combines exploration, stealth, and combat, pushing players to search for memories within Junko’s apartment while evading manifestations of her paranoia and inner demons. Adding to the unease is Fantasy Boy, a retro side-scroller Junko plays for comfort that slowly merges with her own unraveling reality.
The new trailer captures the game’s oppressive and surreal tone—every wall feels alive, every reflection uncertain. Lies take form and reshape the world itself, reinforcing the theme behind the title: DON’T LIE.
BrokenLore: DON’T LIE is coming soon to PC, with additional platforms to be announced. While a release date has yet to be confirmed, the game is now available to wishlist on Steam.
