SEGA has announced that Sonic Rumble, a fast-paced 32-player multiplayer party game set in the Sonic universe, will launch on November 5 for PC via Steam and Google Play Games, as well as iOS via the App Store and Android via Google Play. Pre-registration is available now across all platforms.

Sonic Rumble marks the first-ever multiplayer party title in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, blending classic speed and chaos in a vibrant toy-themed world created by the villainous Dr. Eggman. Players will compete in a variety of high-energy challenges and mini-games to become the world’s top “Rumbler.”
Up to 32 players can battle it out across multiple modes, including:
- Run Mode – Race for first place through colorful obstacle-filled tracks.
- Survival Mode – Stay in the game by avoiding hazards and outlasting your rivals.
- Ring Battle – Brawl and dodge opponents to collect the most rings before time runs out.
Each match is short and snappy, designed for quick sessions and instant fun — whether playing solo, with friends, or in a four-player squad taking on other teams online. Fans can choose from a full lineup of iconic Sonic characters — including Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, and Dr. Eggman — and personalize them with a wide range of skins, effects, and animations.
The game’s vibrant toybox setting, energetic soundtrack, and remixes of classic Sonic tunes capture the franchise’s trademark speed and charm while introducing a competitive new spin on the blue blur’s legacy.
