DaRmaZat Publisher Devolver Digital and developer Skeleton Crew Studio have announced that their upcoming tactical kung fu game Forestrike will launch for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on November 17.
In Forestrike, players step into the role of Yu, a martial artist on a mission to free the Emperor from a corrupt Admiral’s control. Guided by one of five legendary Masters, each encounter challenges players to use both strategy and precision in a distinctive blend of tactical planning and visceral combat.
The game’s defining feature, the “Foresight,” allows Yu to mentally replay battles repeatedly—testing tactics, refining movements, and predicting enemy actions—before committing to the real fight. Every victory and failure carries meaning, shaping Yu’s growth across a journey through striking pixel art landscapes filled with mystical foes and martial revelations.
