Bloober Team has unveiled a brand-new gameplay showcase trailer for Cronos: The New Dawn, offering a chilling two-minute glimpse into the game’s oppressive world, grotesque enemies, and unique mechanics centered around time manipulation and survival.

The third-person survival horror game shifts between two timelines—the ruins of a dystopian future and 1980s Poland—specifically within a surreal reimagining of Krakow’s Nowa Huta district. Players take on the role of a Traveler, an agent sent by the mysterious Collective to retrieve doomed civilians before an impending apocalypse consumes them.
The new trailer delves into one of the game’s central threats: the Orphans. These horrific, mutated beings stalk the player through decaying environments and exhibit increasingly aggressive behaviors. The footage reveals how players must act quickly after killing them—burning the bodies before they can merge into faster, deadlier forms.
Viewers also get a first look at Traveler ND 3500, a cryptic figure whose journal hints at deeper narrative threads and a collapsing reality shaped by brutalist decay and metaphysical anomalies.
Cronos: The New Dawn is scheduled to launch this fall for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
