Thunder Lotus Games, the studio behind Spiritfarer and 33 Immortals, has announced its next title: At Fate’s End, a side-scrolling action adventure game set to release in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store. The game will also be available day one on Game Pass.

In At Fate’s End, players take on the role of Shan, heir to the Hemlock clan, who must wield the divine God Sword Aesus to confront her estranged siblings in emotionally intense one-on-one duels. Thunder Lotus describes the game as a more action-driven but equally intimate experience compared to Spiritfarer, emphasizing narrative weight in combat and choice-driven progression.
Set in a richly illustrated fantasy world, At Fate’s End blends swordplay with dialogue-based battles and psychological insight, challenging players to explore familial bonds, face painful truths, and decide the future of a broken family. Players will unlock abilities through a narrative skill tree shaped by personal relationships and choices that lead to multiple possible endings.
