Capcom has confirmed that PRAGMATA, its long-awaited sci-fi action-adventure title, will officially launch in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

Set in a haunting near-future world, PRAGMATA follows spacefarer Hugh and android companion Diana, who unexpectedly cross paths aboard an abandoned lunar research station. After being attacked by the station’s rogue AI, the two are forced into an uneasy alliance as they fight for survival and seek a path back to Earth.
At the heart of the game lies a unique mechanic: players must control both characters simultaneously, each with distinct abilities that must be combined strategically. A key system called Hacking adds a tactical edge to the action, making coordination and decision-making central to the experience.
In a new update on the PlayStation Blog, director Cho Yonghee teased more gameplay insights to come, especially around how this dual-character system shapes combat and exploration.
Originally revealed in 2020, PRAGMATA marks Capcom’s bold venture into new science-fiction territory, blending cerebral storytelling with high-tech aesthetics and deeply interactive systems.
A specific release date has not yet been announced.
