Brushes with Death, the debut DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, is now official—and it’s more than just a questline. This story-driven expansion invites players to step into the world of a mysterious painter whose fate is entirely shaped by your choices.

Set across both regions featured in the base game, Brushes with Death introduces a string of interwoven quests in which Henry must help a troubled artist complete his final—and most meaningful—work. As players assist this enigmatic figure, they’ll uncover secrets from his past, negotiate with (or dispose of) key individuals, and grapple with the unsettling question of who this man truly is… and why he carries a painted human skull.
