Zefyr: A Thief’s Melody is a lovingly crafted indie adventure developed solo by Mathias Fontmarty under the Oneiric Worlds studio. After an incredible 12 years in development, this charming and atmospheric game finally releases on June 2, 2025. Set in a dreamy, hand-drawn world of floating islands and ancient secrets, Zefyr invites players to explore, sneak, and uncover mysteries at their own pace. In a colorful archipelago, play as Eïko, a young thief training at the Guild. Investigate mysterious kidnappings and face—or sneak past—roaming pirates. Sail the ocean on the back of a turtle and climb to the top of towering islands. Hunt for hidden treasures, heal sick animals, and uncover the truth in this dreamy journey.
Drawing inspiration from adventure classics like Zelda: Windwaker, Sly Cooper, and Beyond Good and Evil, Zefyr: A Thief’s Melody combines exploration, humorous characters and dialogue, puzzles, collectibles, hidden secrets, and giant bosses.
