Ubisoft has released the Year 9 Season 1 mid-season update for For Honor, featuring the limited-time Blades of Persia event, a Chimera Banquet mode, Hero Fests, and various game updates.

Running from today through May 14, Blades of Persia brings a throwback to the Prince of Persia franchise, allowing players to battle as the Warrior Prince through a new Aramusha Hero Skin bundle, which also includes a seven-day Champion Status and three scavenger crates.
The Chimera Banquet event will run from May 29 to June 4, introducing the special PvP mode Heralds of Chimera, a best-of-seven 4v4 match.
Meanwhile, Hero Fests will offer weekly free trials of specific Heroes, along with unique executions released at the start of each fest:
- Nuxia: May 15–22
- Warmonger: May 22–29
- Pirate: June 5–12
This update also includes balance adjustments for several Heroes (including Varangian Guard, Nobushi, Warmonger, and Khatun) and menu improvements such as new loadout preview options and barracks filters. The full list of patch notes can be found here.
For Honor is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Ubisoft Store.
