DaRmaZat With less than a week to go, V Rising is sinking its fangs into fresh content as the free Update 1.1, Invaders of Oakveil, launches April 28. To set the mood, developer Stunlock Studios has unveiled a brand-new trailer highlighting the major additions coming to the dark world of Vardoran.
Update 1.1 expands the vampire sandbox in dramatic ways, opening up the Oakveil Woodlands—a mysterious new biome filled with secrets and danger. Other major additions include a Castle Arena, a duel system, and revamped combat mechanics designed to sharpen the moment-to-moment action. Players will also discover three new weapons, seven new spells, significant blood type changes, and all-new gear fusion and reforging systems.
To help make your gothic estate shine, expect new castle features, cosmetics, and quality-of-life enhancements. More surprises are waiting for both seasoned vampires and fresh-blooded newcomers when the update drops this Monday.
Alongside the free content update, Stunlock is also releasing a new premium DLC: the Eternal Dominance Pack. This lavish cosmetic bundle features recolorable gothic furnishings, dark magic-inspired mount and wolf skins, and a silky outfit perfect for undead royalty. The Eternal Dominance Pack launches April 28 and is available to wishlist now on Steam.
