DaRmaZat The Alters, the latest title from This War of Mine and Frostpunk developer 11 bit studios, is set to launch on June 13 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, PC Game Pass and GOG. It will be available both digitally and physically, as well as through Game Pass.
In this emotionally charged sci-fi survival experience, players step into the boots of Jan Dolski, a man stranded on a hostile planet where the sun itself is a ticking time bomb. His only shot at survival? Creating alternate versions of himself—called “Alters”—each forged from different life choices he could have made. These other Jans come equipped with unique skills and perspectives, but they also bring inner conflict and emotional complexity to the mission.
The game blends base-building, exploration, and high-stakes decision-making with an intensely personal narrative. Players must manage a mobile base, interact with their Alters, and brave treacherous biomes riddled with mysterious anomalies. From levitating terrain to reality-bending threats and lethal radiation after nightfall, survival hinges on every careful step and choice.
