Path Games has announced Dark Mass, a psychological horror game set in a fully submerged underwater manor, launching for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam in fall 2026.

Players will take on the role of Alice, a deep-sea explorer who, alongside her brother Reed, discovers the wreckage of an ancient ship concealing a seemingly untouched manor lost to time. As Alice ventures inside, she realizes she is not alone, with something lurking in the darkness.
Trapped within its decaying halls, she must uncover the manor’s secrets, solve dark ritualistic puzzles, and confront a horrifying truth that ties her to the place. The game features immersive underwater physics, fully voiced dialogue, and a tense narrative where choices impact the story’s outcome.
Navigating a deep-sea environment that affects movement, you will need to communicate with Reed through a walkie-talkie, evade a relentless entity named Silas, and experience a branching storyline leading to different endings. The playtime is estimated to be between four to six hours.
