DaRmaZat Dreams of Another, a third-person action-adventure game by Q-Games, will launch for PC via Steam alongside its PlayStation 5 version, which includes PlayStation VR2 support, in 2025.
Developed by the creators of The Tomorrow Children and the PixelJunk series, the game utilizes point cloud rendering technology to create a dreamlike world. Centered on the theme “No Creation Without Destruction,” it reimagines third-person shooter mechanics by making destruction an act of creation. Players follow the Man in Pajamas and the Wandering Soldier as they explore memories, imagination, and interwoven stories.
Dreams of Another features a poetic narrative, unique characters, and humorous interactions with sentient objects that offer insightful reflections on society and existence. Baiyon, the game’s director and a multimedia artist, also composed its experimental soundtrack.
